Dave likes to think he runs the place as the ‘Managing Partner,’ but in truth, he’s usually helping other organizations run effectively. He’s passionately curious about seemingly everything and delights in helping people. He’s got a well-deserved reputation as an excellent facilitator and teacher and is known for helping pull ‘A-Ha’ moments from the groups and individuals he works with. He is usually engaging, and always engaged with the people he’s with.
