David is a Certified Management Consultant and the Managing Partner of M Consulting Group. Working in both the private and public sectors as well as with professional associations and firms, his work focuses on strategy, business execution, organizational design, stakeholder relations, and strategic management.


Prior to management consulting, David had a 15-year career as an executive with the Government of Canada. While working for the federal government David worked in intergovernmental affairs, issues management, and national and international public policy files. He managed a multi-million-dollar portfolio of health programs focused on health and environmental policy, programming, science, and regulation.  

He holds a B.A. (Honours) and has completed the Executive Program offered by the University of Alberta. He is certified in Prosci © Change Management and the International Association of Public Participation (IAP2) methodologies. David is also certified to administer a number of psychometric tools and assessments, such as Multi-Health Systems EQi instrument, Gallup Q12, and Strength Finder profiles.


He teaches the Introduction to Management Consulting MBA course at the University of Alberta in the Faculty of Business. David chairs the capital campaign committee for the Edmonton Federation of Community Leagues’ 100th Anniversary Park Plaza project, as well as the Edmonton Valley Zoo Development Society board, and sits as a member of the Derrick Golf & Winter Clubs’ long-term planning and governance committees.


When he is not working, he is juggling a rewarding and busy family life, with his wife and four (very active) kids. He loves being outdoors and delights in learning new things and meeting new people. 

Hourly rate: $350.00 - $450.00



Jennifer is a management consultant who specializes in synthesizing a variety of information into usable formats by facilitating diverse groups of people, consulting with stakeholders, and reviewing large bodies of information to achieve results.


With vast experience in project management, research, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement. Jennifer combines her management and problem-solving skills with leadership and teamwork to work effectively with a diverse array of stakeholders on action-based, transformative projects in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. 

Jennifer is a Director on the Edmonton Space & Science Foundation Board (the governance body of the Telus World of Science Edmonton) and an active volunteer with Kids Up Front Edmonton, Junior Achievement Northern Alberta & NWT, and Emerging Health Leaders. Outside of work you can find her playing volleyball, enjoying a good meal with friends or family, or playing the bass guitar.

Hr Rate: $200.00 - $300.00



Michelle provides professional, executive support and has considerable experience working in fast-paced and demanding environments. She’s organized, detail-oriented and resourceful in completing tasks and projects, and is an effective multi-tasker in an efficient and time-sensitive manner. Action-oriented with a strong ability to communicate effectively. She’s held positions in accounting, medical and consulting fields and is highly adaptable. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys being active and spending time with her family and friends. Michelle loves to camp and spends a lot of time in her tent trailer in the summer! The best nights are by the campfire, sipping a glass of wine with good company. Michelle is fun and easy-going.
